Hi zb s2c coord. module was workingyesterday when I plugged in today xctu says action required. I tried to reset the module and nothing happened. And also I tried to recover but it failed again by sayig there is no active bootloader. Is is possible to module be damaged? it was working a day ago. What can I do to fix this issue? Appreciate for help. thanks
Yes that is possible. What is the full part number of the module you are working with? The part number will be something like XBP24CZ7UIT-004.
How are you connecting the radio to the PC? What is the radio being connected to or via to the PC with?
I fixed it. It was the ftdi adapter chip burn. Module was ok. Thanks
