thanks for reply.
Actually my Module was in sleep mode i founding that solution.

Now i m getting new issue, whenever i am connecting module in XCTU software its shows error XML file is not fount.
my module family is S2D so according to that i am update new firmware,but after that this XML issue was came.

You will need to delete the file form your C:\ drive and let XCTU re-download it.
