ZB: Coordinator to Coordinator Communication Possible?

Hi,

I’ve read on an article that ZB coordinator from PAN ID 1 may communicate with another ZB coordinator on PAN ID 2.

I don’t remember where was the article from, all I got is this image: [refer attachment]

(Tried using Google Goggles App: returned too many results)

My question is, can the underlined text above really be done?
Anyone tried it before with XBee S2 ZB modules?

Interesting subject… I’ve never heard about this possibility… but it sounds like a nice feature
